メールテンプレートの追加方法

システム設定 - マスタデータ管理 で下記テーブルを編集するとできる。
IDは2つともおなじにした方がいい？私は同じにした。
・mtb_mail_template
・mtb_mail_tpl_path

そして、/data/Smarty/templates/default/mail_templates/フォルダの中の適当なのを、コピー。そして、mtb_mail_tpl_pathで指定した名前？に変える。すると追加できた。
